trouble with asp page

I have the website i have a requirement that i have a page where all the items that we sell are listed backend is access with pulled by sql

i have displayed the page when we add the quantity it goes and adds it to the cart cart has the price in the cart i can update the quantity is already done but i just want it to check another field if the customer buys a certain quantity for each item differently which is pulled from the database and if the customer buys that quanitity then the price should change.
