Ecommerce Template Edits

To All, I have an Ecommerce website that needs minor edits before i publish it (its currently a subdomain of 3DCart). The following is whats needed...... Home Page 1. There are two links to the home page, one is correct the other isn't 2. When i add products in the admin panel, they are shown on the homepage automatically, this action is not needed. 3. I would like to add a left column about 1/3 total width, this is for 'best sellers'. 4. Add, remainder 2/3 width for 'company intro' Product Pages Currently, the products are centre aligned w/one product per row, and customer need to click on product to enter another page to see product info. 1. For each row dedicated to one product, left aligned product picture, w/ price, add to cart, quantity, product description all on the respective row. This is so the customer doesn't have to click into another page. I added Website Design and SEO skills to the list because these are skills i need in the very near future, therefore, the contractor that completes this project will be presented more work, i like to have long term business relationships. Please inform me an estimated time when these steps can be completed, 1.....2days? Thanks
