I have a Virtual Call Center which I am trying to improve. What I would like to see is as follows:
A system set up that all agents would work on SIP phones...Something like an Eyebeam SIP phone from Counterpath.
The SIP phones would access a "pool" of Unlimited VOIP minutes with a Flat Rate Monthly fee for calling to Canada and the USA. Slow periods there would only be around 10 people accessing the system, with busier times up to 20.
I would like to have it so that all calls would be recorded (using IP recording) and their call files uploaded to a site and through this site we could listen to their recordings and see various reps statuses, etc.
The above is most important. If that is all done, I would like to see it connected to our propriatery CRM system (made in asp), where the calling records in the CRM, would be linked with a Click to dial feature.
Budget for above is unsure
