Web Designer Need. Simple HTML design and updates

Studio20Productions is a Web and Graphic Design company in Southern California. We make business and personal websites, e-commerce sites, and also design advertisements for print for a number of different clients. We are currently looking for a new web designer to add to the team. The position would require a working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, HTML (microsoft frontpage, adobe golive, or dreamweaver), as well as access to an FTP program to upload/download large files. The web design projects would range anywhere from modifying and adding to existing sites and even designing new sites from client's sketches in photoshop and your HTML program. We pay our designers $12-15/hour depending on a combination of experience, reliability, and work ethic. All work is done remotely with communication via email, phone, and FTP transfer of files. Our designers are paid as contractors which means no taxes/benefits are taken out of your paychecks but our company is required to file the proper tax forms with the IRS so it is the designers responsibility to file their income taxes at the end of the year. The billing period ends on the 15th and the 31st of each month and designers are paid within 4 business days of the closing date. PayPal is the preferred method of payment.
