This is an internal company ordering site based online. The company want to have a catalogue of all the items/resources they commonly use so that staff can add items to an order list for a job and then the system generates individual order dockets to each of the suppliers.
The internal ordering system:
-staff/admin login screen
in the admin area:
- add/edit customers
- create/modify jobs which are related to individual customers
- add/edit/delete resources/items (including image upload)
- add/edit/delete suppliers of items
- ability to add an item to a 'favourites list' for individaul users
- add items to an 'order list' (which can be saved). Once the list is complete it is assigned to an exisiting job code
- the order is saved with date, items, cost & tax.
- individual dockets will be printed for each supplier (ie the order list items are grouped by supplier)
- Order Docket will also need inputs for delivery address & date/time
I want to use ASP & mySQL for this project. The upload & mail components are DUNDAS.
I will provide html templates of each page to work from.
