I'm Victor, from Nigeria. currently working on 3cx project and we're on the phase of testing 3cx report. I noticed that i can see how agents call rating can be done by supervisor. That's, after agents has finished /completed calls. How supervisor can listen to agents recorded calls and same time rate the agents automatically, and the system will score the agent.
