I have a sizeable collection of audio files that must be carefully transcribed and returned as clean, well-formatted text. Each recording will need to be listened to in full and converted into an accurate written record that matches the speech exactly. You will receive: • A batch of audio files (all in the same language) • A style guide that explains formatting, timestamp frequency, spelling conventions, and how to mark inaudible or overlapping segments What I expect back: • One text file (or spreadsheet cell) per audio file, following the style guide precisely • Consistent speaker labels when a change of voice is obvious • On-time delivery for each agreed milestone When you send your bid, include a detailed project proposal that explains: • The workflow you follow for transcription (software, foot pedals, QA checks, etc.) • Any team structure or reviewer process you use to guarantee accuracy • Your typical turnaround time per audio hour and the volume you can handle weekly I value accuracy over speed, but a clear plan that balances both will stand out.
