Muffled and noisy are different problems, and the difference decides what you can expect back. Noise sits alongside your voice and can be separated from it. Muffling usually means the high frequencies never reached the microphone at all - a pocket, a hand, cloth, a phone face down - and what was never recorded cannot be recovered. It can be lifted, and the tools for that are genuinely good now, but there is a point past which pushing harder stops sounding clearer and starts sounding like a robot underwater. The engineer on my team takes it to that line, stops, and tells you where it landed, instead of over-processing to look impressive on a first listen. So the honest promise: substantially more intelligible, natural, still recognisably your voice. Not studio-clean, if the top end is genuinely gone. Process: analyse the spectrum first to see what actually survived, correct the frequency balance rather than dropping a preset over it, reduce noise and room only as far as artefacts allow, de-ess and control dynamics so the quiet passages sit up, then the lift you asked for on the intro and middle sections. Delivered in your format at a sensible level, original untouched. Send the file and you will get a treated thirty-second sample back before paying anything.
