Good morning. My name is Roberto Geroldi, from Master Program Comunicazione a production company based in Milan Italy, and I work in events management. For one of our clients, in US/Philadelphia, date TBC between Feb 27th and March 2nd, during the AAAAI congress [[login to view URL]]([login to view URL]://[login to view URL];!!IfJP2Nwhk5Z0yJ43lA!KovvB9gJJkBmT8OrA3oY6oSE7vCU75HQJvIHR0id8xxhoyiZxw4mq84dOaD5wjr1FQK1NzXiPDgK8Khw4TTtC6WLlIMzp0JeLe-BPw$) , we'll need to create video recordings one by one with more speakers (key opinion leader) We'll need a rough budget to present to the client and then refine it in detail later. It will be “tiktok” style filming, one HCP at a time on a “limbo” background (no green screen). I think we would need one full day of filming (which means we might need to organise set-up and tech rehearsal the day before). 2 cameras + prompter (NO SLIDES). Client and comunication agency responsables will be present during recording. For this reason, we'll need: A recording Studio or adequate location,closest as possible to the Pennsylvania Convention Center (1101 Arch StreetPhiladelphia, PA 19107) with: 1 TBD Portable selfstanding Backdrop or in case a backdrop already present in recording studio 2 Videocameras with operatores and TC linked (one wide-angle and the second close-up). 1 Lights kit to illuminate speaker 1 Wireless Lapel Mic or Boom Mic 1 Teleprompter Files has to be sended by FTP or some File Transfer website like Wetransfer or other file transfer way.
