Clean Up Audio Recording (from a camera)

I am looking for a 9 minute piece of speech audio to be cleaned up. This audio is straight out of the camera. The audio recorder did not record the first 9 minutes of the speech, so we are trying to improve it as best we can. Looking for more than your basic editing. Possibly using a software like Izotopes RX6. I have included a sample of the audio below.
