Live sound engineer for an event

My name is Ahmed, and I'm looking for a live sound engineer to facilitate an upcoming event. The event is a small gathering with a live band, speakers and a mic, and will be attended by 50-200 people. I am open to suggestions when it comes to sound requirements and preferences; however, I do want to ensure that my event runs smoothly and my guests have an enjoyable experience. If you're an experienced and dependable live sound engineer who is equal parts creative and detail-oriented, I'd love to hear from you.
