Video Editing Project

We create high definition videos on Mac OSX using Screenflow a mac package similar to camtasia. It records the screen and allows access to video, sound, etc. We require the services of a video editor who will edit the videos we produce and remove errors, hide sensitive data, highlight key points, remove redundant information, etc. Each video would be typically 10-30 minutes max. You would need a copy of screenflow for this project. Once the video editing was compleed you would export it as a .mov file in 1280 x 720 definition and send to us, including the original screenflow project. As we are producing a lot of this video there would be on going work for the right person. The problem is the size of the files, typically they are 600Mb + and some projects are over 2GB. So we would have to figure out a way to get them to you. For starters we would upload them for you to use but we may need to put on physical dvd media and post to you and have you post back to us. Please supply pricing to edit a typical 10 minute video. You would first play the entire video to get the context, make notes of mistakes the presenter has made (words, double takes, etc) and other obvious errors. You would change the resolution to 1280 x 720 and ensure the video fits in that size (scaling as necessary) all of which screenflow does internally. You would edit those out and then use the inbuilt tools within screenflow to highlight important actions. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
