I am a voice over artist, producer, and director based in New York City, with extensive experience recording commercials, promos, narration, and audiobooks for companies in the US, the UK, Asia, and South America. Recent credits include narrating the "Reading Mystery" audiobook series and recording the IVR system for Shilla Hotels Asia. My bid includes delivery of the raw audio in WAV format, the entire ProTools session, and full usage rights in perpetuity. I record in a full service post-production facility in New York. Greetings, I read your bit of text and saw that a dramatic/real-life read could be in order. Wonderful! I am Debra Roberts. I have a BFA in Theatre, an MFA in film & have acted in more projects than I can count. I jumped at the chance to forward you this proposal. Requested sample is in my portfolio: This appears to be an emotionally significant piece, any inflection or backstory that needs to come through, I'll bring it. I'm extremely flexible and intuitive eager to learn more in order to craft a perfect character voice for you. I would propose the following: 1. Establish comm. methods & workflow/delivery sched. - I suggest at least 1 video call - to try out different tones/reads and get on 'same page'. 2. Gain complete understanding of the nature of the project, target audience, purpose, kind of feeling or take-away that is to be achieved. Create a voice that emotionally connects to audience. 3. Provide 1st full read as an uploaded MP3 - w/your preference of how to notify, then discuss tweaks, edits etc. 4. Up to 2 more complete reads or anything in-between would be included.
