This project consists of someone providing us with a 15 minute demo of a live, functional Cisco Call Center administrative interface with Cisco Configuration Assistant.
We would like to have basic features such as viewing/adding an extension, viewing/editing ring groups, and viewing/editing call routing times.
We have experience with the Asterisk open source telephony platform and would like a brief introduction to Cisco Call Center.
We can use any means of remote access necessary for you to provide the demo - such as TeamViewer, [login to view URL], etc.
