I would gladly join you as a Customer Support Specialist and become part of a continuous learning team in an international environment. I would like to know about the nature of your business. I have already using Zendesk with my previous clients.
With my current employer, which is a long-term rental business in the Netherlands, I look over all the matters of customer support and other matters like the leads, managing CRM, creating, organizing, and managing marketing campaigns, providing email, calls, social media, and WhatsApp calls and message assistance, email management (outlook), arranging the deals, ensuring the payments, arranging check-ins and check-outs.
I also worked as a Personal Assistant to the CEO of an e-commerce company selling gaming items in the USA and Canada. I started with him as a Personal Assistant, working on shipping, logistics, and inventory management tasks with third-party logistics companies. As a Personal Assistant, I have been assisting in managing his Google Calendar to manage tasks, searching for places to stay while he was traveling, finding new real estate investment opportunities, finding suppliers, and working on his personal and business WhatsApp.
Currently, I am working 16-20 hours a week. All of my working hours are during weekends, so I am looking for someone with whom I can work throughout the week and, if required, a few hours on weekends.
