Create a drawing for construction/building drawing

We are adding an "outdoor room" to our building and need to apply for a permit. In order to apply for a permit I need a drawing on the contruction.
I have attached a "template drawing" on how the end product should look like.
I have also attached a picture of the house and a simple "windows paint" drawing to show the sizes.
I have also attached a picture of the glass sliding doors that will be used for the whole construction.
