Delhi NCR Card Club Design

I’m midway through setting up a members-only card club in Noida and I’d like a Delhi-NCR based interior designer to give the space its final, modern-and-sleek personality. The basic layout is fixed, but the lighting concept and the overall décor & ambiance still need a strong creative hand. What I need from you • Fresh mood boards that capture a polished, exclusive vibe • A detailed lighting plan—fixture specs, control strategy, and lux-level calculations (AutoCAD, Dialux or your preferred tool are fine; just share the editable files) • 3D visuals or walkthroughs so stakeholders can sign off quickly • A sourcing sheet covering furniture, finishes and accessories easily available in Delhi NCR • Site visits at key milestones to guide contractors and make sure the design is executed as intended (the club is in Noida, Sector-based location shared after hire) • Brief site-visit reports and an as-built pack at hand-over Acceptance criteria The design must meet the agreed modern, sleek theme, achieve the specified light levels without glare, and stay workable within locally available materials and lead times.
