• Road on North and park on West side of the plot.
• GF - car park for half plot( 3 cars), 2bhk at the back
• FF - 3bhk
• SF - 2bhk at the back and terrace at front ( access to one bedroom to be provided from terrace)
• Minimum size Lift till SF.
• All house to have North or East facing main door.
• FF 3bhk requirements - SE - Kitchen , SW - Master bedroom. To have balconies at West and north side to utilise natural light
• SW master bedroom should be of 15 or 16 feet minimum in length (excluding bathroom)
• All 3 bedrooms to have attached bathroom, no common toilet needed.
• Pooja room needed in 3bhk
