M&E Designer for Residential Building

I need an experienced Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) designer for a residential building project. You will be responsible for designing the electrical wiring, lighting, heating and plumbing systems. We are looking for all works to comply with uk regulations, efficiency of energy use, integration of solar panels and batteries. simple lighting design with downlights and central pendant lights switches from 2 places in each room. each room to have separate thermostats for heating and cooling. minimal level of automation integrated with Alexa or google home. It is a large property with basement, containing a swimming pool, jacuzzi ,sauna, steam room, changing rooms, gym, wine cellar and garage with car lift. Ground floor with large open space, kitchen dining room ,utility sitting room, library, cinema room and study. First floor 5 bedrooms with ensures and dressing rooms, Loft play area, 2 bedrooms, bathroom and plant area. the house will need ai conditioning in main areas, underfloor heating on ground floor and radiators on top floors, heating sources will be ASHP And Gas boiler. We have a floor plan with positions for all the rooms, furniture, joinery and need help to work out the electrical and mechanical loadings, Hot and cold water demand and pipe sizes, position of lights, switches and sockets, fuse boards and cabling sizes , heating elements positions and specifications. etc Key Requirements: - Design electrical wiring and lighting systems - Design plumbing systems - Work with existing detailed plans Ideal Skills and Experience: - Proven experience in M&E design for residential buildings in the UK - Strong knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems - Ability to interpret and work with detailed architectural plans - Relevant certifications and qualifications in M&E engineering Please provide examples of similar work and relevant qualifications.
