Facade sketch/drawing: house for renovation

Need a sketch and a drawing of facade (see attached) for renovation of this house. A cost-effective facelift to this facade is what I am after: at the roofline level, balcony and pillars. I am after a modern look and feel.
The large glass doors will be replaced by 6 glass doors: some fixed and some openable. Metal railing on the balcony can be changed to something else (glass? randered?). The pillars are perhaps a bit skinny. Some kind of "cover" around them can make them a bit bigger. A sketch/concept and then a drawing of how the facade will look like are needed. A cost-effective option is important. See the facade images
