MEP AutoCAD Data Extraction Partner -- 2

I handle several construction packages every week and need a reliable AutoCAD specialist (or small team) who can turn raw MEP drawings into clean, structured data in my Excel template. For every project you will receive the complete DWG set; your job is to open the files in AutoCAD, isolate all openings and shafts, and capture every related detail—size of opening, type of penetrant, sleeve or fire-stop specification, and any associated notes. You will be needing proficiency in Revit as well for data extraction using clash for all the MEP penetrants The drawings cover all services: Electrical layouts, Plumbing systems, HVAC systems and occasional Fire layouts. Accuracy matters, so the extracted data must match the line work on the drawing exactly and sit in the correct column of the template I supply. Once you review a new package, quote me an hourly figure; after approval, begin and deliver the finished spreadsheet and an annotated DWG (layers or mark-ups are fine) within the agreed timeframe. I usually release one to three projects each week and want to keep this arrangement active for the next 12 months. Because periodic in-person coordination is important, only bidders who can travel gurgaon for 1 day in 2-3 months should apply; I plan a short office meeting every two to three months to review workflow and update standards. You must also be a registered company and able to invoice professionally. Deliverables per project • Completed Excel file in our standard format • Marked-up DWG or PDF showing each captured opening/shaft • Brief change-log if drawing revisions affect previously submitted data I’m ready to start as soon as I find the right local partner.
