A complete set of residential floor plans is ready in AutoCAD, and I need them transformed into highly detailed 3-D renderings. Every room should be modeled with accurate walls, doors, windows, furniture, fixtures, and realistic textures so the final images feel true to life. Key features to emphasize • Landscaping around the building, including greenery, hardscape, and any outdoor amenities shown in the drawings • A clear 3-D floor-plan view that makes the layout instantly understandable from above Scope of work 1. Import the existing .dwg files and build the full architectural model. 2. Apply materials, lighting, and décor that align with typical residential finishes unless otherwise noted. 3. Add exterior landscaping elements exactly where indicated to showcase curb appeal. 4. Produce high-resolution stills: at least one bird’s-eye floor-plan render plus several eye-level interior and exterior shots. 5. Supply the native 3-D file (preferred formats: .max, .skp, or .fbx) alongside the final images. Acceptance criteria • Dimensions match the AutoCAD drawings within typical modeling tolerance. • Furniture, fixtures, and outdoor details appear in the correct locations. • Textures and lighting feel coherent and realistic in daylight scenes. Please factor in one revision round to fine-tune materials or camera angles after the first draft.
