Here is what I need from you: I need a revision of my electrical drawing, as per the requirements of PG COUNTY, MD USA The drawing is attached, also a photo of the current way the meters' are setup, and this is what the County Reviewer is asking to be done: 1. You need to show grouping of the disconnects to comply with NEC 2020, sec 230.72. As it is right now, the drawing you provided does not show this. 2. Grounding detail must be submitted including size of conductors per NEC 2020, sec 250 3. Be sure to differentiate the panel & panel schedule and load calculation for the panel with sub-panel B connected to it. This is what the electrician provided as information to use for the corrections we need to do: 1. Panel B stays as is - still feeding everything that’s there already for the common. *you can add the 2 sump pumps to an additional circuit* Trip/Pole 15/1 Wire Size #14 2. Panel 6 needs to have its own schedule (different from Schedule A) because it will be the one feeding the common panel - needs to reflect that. Call it Schedule C - add: Trip/Pole - 60/2 Wire size - #6 (Be sure to change that in the drawing too, I think I told you 2-2-2 feeding the common panel) 3. The grouping for the grounding, you will need your engineer to figure out how that needs to be drawn. - The size of service for each unit is 60A. Each meter for each unit has a 60A disconnect. The size of the service conductors to the building from the pole (utility) is a set of #2 Cu with a stranded neutral. The #2 Cu is tapped at the weatherhead to 350 kcmil then enters the building.

Hello, I can revise your electrical drawing to comply with the Prince George’s County, Maryland review comments and NEC 2020 requirements. I will update the drawing to clearly show the grouping of service disconnects in accordance with NEC 2020 Section 230.72, ensuring the arrangement is properly illustrated for the county reviewer. I will also prepare a complete grounding detail with conductor sizing per NEC 2020 Section 250, showing the grounding electrode system, grounding electrode conductors, and bonding requirements. In addition, I will separate the panel schedules and load calculations, creating Schedule C for Panel 6 and updating the drawing to reflect the 60A/2-pole breaker with #6 conductors feeding the common panel, while keeping Panel B unchanged and adding the additional sump pump circuit (15A/1-pole with #14 wire). The revised drawing will clearly differentiate the main panel, sub-panel B, and the common panel connections, ensuring the documentation is organized and ready for resubmission to the county. I hope we can work together and I look forward to your response. Kind regards.

Hi sir, you are looking for an engineer to revise your electrical drawing according to the requirements of PG County, MD and NEC 2020, and I can assist with that. I am an electrical design engineer with 5+ years of experience in electrical drafting, panel schedules, load calculations, and NEC-compliant drawings. I can update your existing plan to clearly show the grouping of disconnects in accordance with NEC 2020 section 230.72, add a proper grounding detail with conductor sizes based on NEC section 250, and revise the panel documentation by differentiating the main panel and the panel feeding sub-panel B. I will also update Panel B to include the additional circuit for the two sump pumps, create a separate schedule for Panel 6 (Schedule C) reflecting the 60/2 breaker with #6 conductors feeding the common panel, and ensure the service conductor information and grounding layout are correctly represented in the drawing. The final deliverable will be a clean, corrected electrical drawing suitable for resubmission to the county reviewer.

Hello, no problem. I am an experienced electrical designer familiar with PG County, MD requirements and the 2020 NEC. I will revise your electrical drawing to fully address all reviewer comments. The updated drawing will include: 1. **Disconnect Grouping:** I will clearly show the grouping of the 60A disconnects for each unit to comply with NEC 2020, Section 230.72. 2. **Grounding Detail:** I will add a detailed grounding diagram with conductor sizes as per NEC 2020, Article 250, based on the provided service conductor information (#2 Cu tapped to 350 kcmil). 3. **Panel Schedules & Differentiation:** * **Schedule C (New):** I will create a new panel schedule for Panel 6 (feeding the common panel), showing a 60/2 amp trip/pole and #6 wire size (corrected from the previous 2-2-2). * **Schedule B:** Will remain as-is, with the addition of the two sump pump circuits (15/1, #14 wire) as specified. * All panels will be clearly differentiated. I will incorporate all your electrician's notes and ensure the drawing is fully compliant. I am ready to begin as soon as you re-share the original drawing and meter photo. Sincerely, Lorenzo
