Stamped Monolithic Footing Design NC

I’m looking for a North Carolina–licensed professional engineer to design and stamp a monolithic footing with an integral brick ledge that will carry twelve foot brick veneer walls. The structure’s footprint is 1080 sq ft (30x36). Please size all reinforcement, control-joint spacing, and brick-ledge details in accordance with the current North Carolina Building Code, ACI 318, and ASCE 7 wind and seismic requirements for my county. I will supply any additional site data you request. Deliverables required for permit submission • North Carolina PE-stamped foundation drawings in PDF (plan, sections, notes, rebar schedule) • Sealed structural calculation package showing soil and load assumptions • Source CAD/DWG file for my records (optional but appreciated) I need the completed, sealed set ready for upload to the county portal.
