transpose a rooftop from dwg or google earth to sketchup

I work with projects development of solar photovoltaic plants. One of the softwares I use requires a volume re-creation of the roof / cover, to analyze shadows generated by obstacles (water reservoirs, elevators, antennas, and whatever has been built on the roof) over the year.
With this said, the Freela will have to:
1) From a Google Earth 3D (always oriented to the north, as standard), and move the roof and their volumes to Sketchup, then superimposing the image via satellite with the one created in Sketchup (just the rough roof, without details or textures).
OR
2) From a dgw (residence or building), build the roof and their volumes on sketchup.
Today I have two dwg files to do that.
I never worked in Sketchup, and took me 3 hours to do this in a building. Give me your estimates of time and cost. Thank you.

Trabalho com elaboração de projetos de geração de energia solar fotovoltaica. Um dos softwares que uso requer uma recriação volumétrica do telhado/cobertura, para fazer analise de sombras geradas pelos obstaculos (caixa dagua, elevadores, antenas, e o que tiver sido construido no telhado) ao longo do ano.
Dito isso, o freela será para:
1) pegar uma imagem 3D do Google Earth (sempre orientada para o norte, como padrao), e transpor o telhado e seus volumes para o sketchup, sobrepondo depois a imagem via satelite com a criada no sketchup(so o telhado, bruto, SEM texturas ou detalhes).
OU
2) Pegar um dgw com a planta do estabelecimento (residencia ou predio), transpor o telhado e seus volumes para o sketchup. Isso no caso de nao haver ainda a imagem em 3D no google.
HOje tenho duas plantas dwg pra fazer isso.
Eu nunca mexi no sketchup, levei 3h pra fazer essa volumetria num predio de brasilia. Me passe sua previsao de tempo e custo. Obrigado.
