This is doable, but it needs to be structured as a pipeline, not full UI automation, otherwise it will break at scale with 100 topics. I would split it into a queue system that processes each topic folder step by step. Topics file is read, Gemini prompt stage is automated or browser-driven, outputs are saved as structured text, then your video tool is batch-triggered and watched until MP4 completion. CapCut is the risky part. For full automation, FFmpeg is the stable replacement for transitions, background audio, captions, and export. If CapCut is mandatory, we can still automate it with Playwright or AutoHotkey, but it will need strict error handling. YouTube uploads should run via API with auto title and description generation, then only after successful upload the local files are deleted.
