This role requires a blend of advanced AI workflow automation and sophisticated performance marketing tailored to Western audiences. Key Responsibilities Market-Specific Automations: Build workflows that handle lead routing and nurturing across multiple time zones (EST, PST, CET). Compliance & Governance: Ensure all marketing automations and data collection processes are GDPR (Europe) and CCPA (California) compliant. Western Growth Strategy: Optimize high-intent funnels for US/EU audiences, focusing on localized messaging and "Western-style" UX/UI principles. AI Content Guardrails: Use AI to generate localized ad copy and SEO content, while maintaining strict quality control to ensure "native-level" English and European language nuances. Advanced Attribution: Set up server-side tracking and AI-driven attribution models to accurately measure ROI on expensive US/EU ad traffic. Technical Requirements GDPR/CCPA Knowledge: Proven experience in managing data privacy within marketing stacks.
