AI Newsletter Automation Setup

I need an automation engineer to build a complete AI-driven writing pipeline inside Beehiiv that drafts and schedules a weekly newsletter for me. Every edition must pull together three content pillars—company updates, product information, and wider industry news—then weave them into a cohesive, on-brand email ready for my final approval. Here is what I’m aiming for: • A trigger (manual or data-based) that launches the workflow each week. • Content sourcing or prompt logic that feeds OpenAI (or a comparable LLM) the latest material for those three sections. • Formatting and sectioning that match my existing Beehiiv template, including headline, preview text, and smart snippets. • Automatic scheduling to the “Friday 9 a.m.” slot in Beehiiv, with the draft saved as a new issue so I can review before send. • Clear documentation of every step, API call, and key prompt so I can tweak things later without breaking the chain. I already have Beehiiv, OpenAI keys, and Zapier/Make accounts; use whichever combination delivers the cleanest, most reliable flow. The job is done when an end-to-end test drops a properly formatted newsletter into Beehiiv without manual copy-paste and all variables are configurable (dates, tone, section order).
