Remote Flight Planner / Dispatcher (FAA / EASA / CAAP / CAAM Licensed)

Location: Remote (Home-Based) Hours: Full-Time Contract (40 hours per week) Overview: We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Flight Planner / Dispatcher to join our team on a full-time freelance basis. This is a fully remote role supporting global business aviation operations, including turboprops and helicopters. The ideal candidate will have strong operational knowledge, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, time-critical environment. Key Responsibilities: • Plan and optimize flight routes for global business aviation operations, including turboprop and rotary aircraft • Perform detailed fuel planning, payload calculations, and mass & balance • Ensure compliance with RCF (Redispatch/RecClearance Fuel) and EDTO/ETOPS requirements where applicable • Conduct flight following, ensuring full compliance with GADSS: • 15-minute tracking under normal conditions • 1-minute tracking under abnormal conditions • Coordinate and manage: • Airport slots • Overflight and landing permits • AFTN messaging and operational communications • Monitor flights and proactively manage operational disruptions Requirements: • Valid FAA, EASA, CAAP, or CAAM Dispatcher License • Proven experience in flight planning and dispatch, ideally within business aviation • Strong knowledge of: • International flight planning procedures • Fuel policies and regulatory compliance • Global airspace, NOTAMs, and weather interpretation • Experience with flight following and tracking systems • Ability to work independently in a remote environment • Excellent communication and coordination skills • High level of accuracy and attention to detail Preferred: • Experience supporting long-range or complex international operations • Familiarity with multiple regulatory environments (FAA / EASA / APAC authorities) • Experience with industry flight planning systems (e.g., PPS, Lido, ForeFlight Dispatch, etc.) What We Offer: • Fully remote / home-based role • Stable, full-time freelance engagement (40 hrs/week) • Opportunity to work on diverse global operations • Collaborative and dynamic operational environment
