Manual Full AWS Site Backup

My website is running on Amazon servers and I want a one-off, FULL site backup carried out manually—not on a schedule. This means grabbing every component of the production stack: codebase, databases, media assets, config files, and any environment variables or server-level tweaks that would be needed for a clean restore later. Once everything is safely packaged, please send me the compressed archive via WeTransfer; that is the only delivery method I need for this job. I’ll handle long-term storage myself after the transfer is complete. You’ll likely need access through the AWS console or SSH keys (I can supply temporary credentials) to pull the data. When you’re finished, I’d like: • A single downloadable WeTransfer link to the zipped backup • A short text file summarising what was backed up and any commands you ran, just so I can reproduce the process if required No automation or scheduled tasks are in scope—this is strictly a manual, one-time backup.
