Project Title B2B Sales & Outreach Assistant (Banking / Financial Services – Asia) Project Overview We are seeking an experienced B2B Sales Outreach Assistant to support targeted outbound engagement with senior banking professionals across Asia. This is a results-driven outreach role, focused on: Sourcing high-quality banking contacts Executing personalised email outreach campaigns Running structured follow-up sequences Scheduling qualified introductory meetings with our Sales and Technical teams This is not a mass-email or spam project. Precision, professionalism, and relevance are essential. Scope of Work The selected freelancer will be responsible for: 1. Contact Sourcing & List Building Source 25–30 new banking contacts per week Target roles include: COO, Head of Operations, Head of Client Onboarding, Head of Compliance Operations, Head of Transformation Target institutions: Private Banks, Investment Banks, Wealth Managers Target geographies: Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan, Australia (secondary: Malaysia, Thailand, Korea) Use tools such as Apollo, Lusha, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or equivalent Verify email accuracy and relevance 2. Email Outreach & Personalisation Draft short, professional, tailored intro emails (templates will be provided) Add light personalisation for each recipient (role, bank type, geography) Maintain a professional, senior tone suitable for banking executives 3. Follow-Up Email Sequences Execute 4–5 touch email sequences per contact over ~2–3 weeks Track opens, replies, and engagement Adjust messaging where required based on responses 4. Meeting Scheduling Handle responses professionally Coordinate calendars and schedule online intro meetings (20–30 mins) Ensure meetings are confirmed and clearly documented 5. Reporting & Communication Weekly summary covering: Contacts added Emails sent Responses received Meetings scheduled Maintain clean records (Google Sheets / CRM) Success Criteria Consistent sourcing of high-quality, relevant banking contacts Professional email communication (no spam complaints) At least 1 qualified intro meeting per week Clear, structured reporting Required Experience (Mandatory) We will only consider candidates who can demonstrate prior success.
