My digital agency needs a driven closer who will own the full sales cycle—from finding the lead to signing the contract. You will focus on B2C brands in the fashion, beverage, snack and similar consumer niches, with a geographical emphasis on Asia. The first package you present starts at ₹48,000 per month, so your commission works out to 10–15 % on every deal you seal and a boosted 25 % on the very first client you bring in. There is no cap. Day-to-day, you will: • Prospect and qualify fresh leads through cold calling and multichannel outreach. • Book, attend and run discovery or demo calls. • Negotiate terms, handle objections and secure signatures. • Keep concise notes inside our CRM so the pipeline stays visible and accurate. Acceptance criteria • Minimum of five qualified discovery calls booked each week. • At least one new paying client closed within the first 30 days. • All activity logged in the CRM by end of each working day. If you excel at cold outreach, relationship building and deal-closing, this partnership will scale quickly and lucratively for both of us.
