About World 360 World 360 is a manufacturing + design company producing fashion articles including handbags, purses, aprons, duffles, shoes, apparel, and other accessories (strong capabilities in leather/canvas and mixed materials). What We’re Hiring For (Scope = Buyers + Closing Only) We need an experienced fashion B2B sales agent / liaison who can: - Find qualified buyers (brands, buying houses, importers, wholesalers, private label buyers) - Pitch our capabilities and convert interest into serious conversations - Negotiate and CLOSE orders/deals You will NOT handle sampling, product development, QC, production follow-ups, logistics, or documentation. Once the buyer is engaged, our internal team manages the full workflow end-to-end. Your job ends at closed deal / confirmed order. Your Responsibilities • Build a pipeline of qualified buyers relevant to our categories • Outreach + follow-ups + meetings with decision makers • Present our product capability clearly (we provide deck/line sheets/capability notes) • Negotiate commercials and close orders • Weekly reporting: leads contacted, meetings booked, negotiations, closures What We Provide • Company profile / capability deck / catalogue or line sheets • Fast internal support for buyer questions • Sampling + development + manufacturing + order execution handled by us Compensation (Commission Structure) • Base pay (retainer) with 10% commission on the first order from every client you bring and close • Plus 5% commission in perpetuity on all repeat orders from that same client (for as long as they continue ordering) • Long-term partnership if performance is strong Ideal Candidate (Must Have) • 3+ years in fashion sourcing / buying house / export sales / brand procurement / B2B fashion sales • Existing buyer relationships or proven ability to access buyers quickly • Strong negotiation + closing ability (not just lead generation)
