JOB TITLE International Garment Sales Freelancer – Commission 2–7% (OEM/ODM) JOB DESCRIPTION We are a garment manufacturing company looking for experienced international sales freelancers to develop overseas customers for OEM / ODM apparel production. This is a commission-based role with no fixed salary. Payment is strictly based on real business results, suitable for sales professionals with existing buyer connections. RESPONSIBILITIES Find and approach international buyers, brands, or trading companies in the apparel industry Introduce factory capability, product categories, MOQ, and pricing range Communicate buyer requirements and support commercial negotiation Coordinate between buyer and factory until: Purchase Order (PO) is confirmed Production deposit is received REQUIREMENTS Proven experience in B2B international sales (garment/fashion preferred) Existing buyer network is a strong advantage Good English communication skills Result-oriented and professional COMMISSION & PAYMENT STRUCTURE Commission rate: 2% – 7% per successful order Commission is calculated based on PO value (excluding VAT and shipping) 30% commission is paid only after production deposit is received 70% remaining commission is paid after subsequent payment stages as agreed No fixed salary Platform fee (10%) is fully covered by the employer Freelancer receives 100% of agreed commission PROJECT TYPE & BUDGET (SYSTEM PURPOSE) Project type: Fixed Price Displayed budget and milestones are technical only to comply with Freelancer.com system Actual payment is commission-based as described above IMPORTANT NOTES This project is not paid per lead Buyer introduction and PO confirmation alone do not trigger payment Payment is triggered only when the buyer’s deposit is received No deposit – no payment Commission applies only to buyers introduced by the freelancer Unauthorized pricing or delivery commitments are not allowed WHO THIS PROJECT IS FOR Sales professionals with real buyer connections in the apparel industry Freelancers confident in closing orders with advance payment Long-term, performance-driven cooperation
