I sell Meta Quest 3 and Apple Vision Pro headsets and now need to turn that product line into stronger wholesale revenue. The focus is squarely on sales: building a reliable distribution network, equipping those partners with polished materials, and closing contracts that safeguard margin and brand positioning. Here is how I see the project unfolding: • Finding distributors – Map and prioritise consumer-electronics and XR-specialist wholesalers in key regions. – Produce a short-list with contact data, volume capacity, and any exclusivity requirements. • Creating sales materials – A one-page product spec sheet for each headset. – A five-slide B2B pitch deck that stresses market demand, retail margin, and service support. – Pricing tables showing tiered discounts and MOQ incentives. • Negotiating contracts – Draft a standard distribution agreement. – Join or lead negotiation calls, refining terms until we reach signature-ready documents. Success is measured by a minimum of three qualified distributor leads, delivery of finalised sales collateral in editable formats, and at least one signed agreement or an advanced negotiation in progress.
