Hey — I’m looking for someone who’s good at starting real conversations with high-inbound residential real estate agents and turning those conversations into booked calls that actually show up. This is a commission-only role. No retainers, no upfront fees. You earn based on results — simple. Who you’ll be booking You’ll only be talking to: Residential real estate agents or small teams People getting 50+ inbound leads per month (Zillow, [login to view URL], Google, Facebook, referrals, etc.) Solo agents or teams with 3–15 agents Agents who are actively closing deals If someone doesn’t fit this, the call doesn’t count. How you get paid $10 for every qualified agent or team that books and shows up 15% of the deal value if that agent ends up becoming a paying client No caps. If you bring in good people who buy, you can make real money here. What you’ll be doing Finding your own leads (Zillow, [login to view URL], LinkedIn, Google — whatever works for you) Reaching out and starting genuine conversations (no spam) Qualifying for inbound lead volume before booking Booking calls directly on my Calendly Sending reminders so people actually show up Re-booking if someone flakes What I’ll give you A clear idea of who we’re targeting The value proposition and messaging direction Calendly access Feedback to help you improve booking quality How you source leads, tweak copy, and manage follow-ups is up to you.
