This role is for someone who understands how to build trust quickly, communicate value effectively, and guide the right clients toward a clear yes. ABOUT TC NEWMAN MEDIA TC Newman Media is a London-based media training and communications consultancy founded by a former international journalist with nearly 20 years of experience. We work with: Founders and CEOs Senior leaders and executives Creatives and public-facing professionals Organisations that need to be both visible and protected Our clients come to us when they need to: Speak with clarity and authority on camera, on stage, and online Prepare for high-stakes interviews and public appearances Build messaging that actually lands Protect their reputation before it becomes a headline WHAT YOU’LL BE SELLING You will be responsible for selling two core offers: 1. One-on-One Media Training (High-Ticket) 4–6 week programmes Starting from £1,600+ For individuals building visibility, credibility, and authority 2. Press Ready and Crisis Proof (Corporate Workshop) Bespoke in-house training £5,000 – £7,000+ For leadership teams and growing organisations WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING This is a full-cycle sales role. You will: Identify and source qualified leads across the UK and US Target founders, executives, and decision-makers Conduct outreach via email, LinkedIn, and calls Position TC Newman Media’s services in a way that feels clear, relevant, and tailored Qualify leads and handle objections with confidence Close high-ticket sales Maintain a simple pipeline and track conversions You will have autonomy in how you work, with the expectation that you take ownership of results. WHO THIS IS FOR You are a strong fit if you: Have experience selling high-ticket services (£1,000+ per deal minimum) Are comfortable speaking with senior leaders and decision-makers Know how to sell expertise, not just products Can write thoughtful, effective outreach that gets responses Are confident leading calls and guiding conversations toward a decision Understand positioning, messaging, and perceived value Are self-directed and take pride in delivering results WHO THIS MAY NOT BE FOR This role may feel challenging if you: Are early in your sales career and still building confidence Prefer highly structured environments with step-by-step direction Feel uncomfortable discussing premium pricing COMPENSATION Commission-based: 10% – 15% per sale Typical earnings per sale: £160 – £1,050+ depending on offer closed High performers will have the opportunity for: Ongoing collaboration Expanded involvement in growth strategy Increased earning potential
