When a partner onboards their VIP clients, they secure passive commission on those clients' transactions for life. We are seeking an Outbound Sales / Partner Acquisition Specialist to identify, pitch, and onboard premium partners into our network. Target Partners: Luxury fashion stylists, personal shoppers, and high-end retail executives. Luxury lifestyle and nightlife hospitality booking agents. Talent agencies managing premium KOCs/KOLs within the fashion and luxury lifestyle niches. Established luxury fashion resellers and collectors. Responsibilities: Lead Generation: Identify high-quality prospects matching our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP). Cold Outreach: Conduct persuasive pitching via Instagram DM, LinkedIn, Email, or WhatsApp. Onboarding: Guide prospective partners through the registration process to account activation. Compensation and Payment Structure: This contract is strictly Milestone and Performance-Based to optimize budget efficiency. We do not pay hourly rates for data entry or unverified leads. Setup / Trial Milestone: A minimal initial contract to evaluate outreach asset quality with a test batch of prospects. Performance Milestones: Funded and released in blocks of successfully activated partners. An activated partner is defined as a qualified user who completes registration, passes internal verification, and activates their partner dashboard. High-Tier Performance Bonuses: Financial bonuses for onboarding established agencies or high-network hospitality groups. Requirements: Proven track record in Outbound B2B Sales, Influencer Marketing, or Affiliate Recruitment. Experience in luxury fashion or high-ticket retail is highly preferred.
