Virtual Assistant – Customer Follow-Up & Sales Support Company: Value Pack Perth Industry: Food Packaging Supply (B2B) Location: Remote Hours: Part-time (approx. 10–20 hours per week, scalable) Role Overview We are seeking a proactive and organised Virtual Assistant to manage customer follow-ups, customer care, and light sales support for our growing packaging supply business. This role focuses on maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, increasing repeat orders, and identifying upsell opportunities. Key Responsibilities 1️⃣ Customer Follow-Ups Monitor customer order history in HubSpot Follow up with customers who haven’t reordered within their usual cycle Send reorder reminders via email Log all communication in CRM 2️⃣ Customer Care Check in with customers regularly Respond to basic email enquiries Escalate pricing or complex issues to management Maintain professional, friendly communication 3️⃣ Upselling & Cross-Selling Identify opportunities to suggest related products (e.g., burger boxes → sauce cups, coffee cups → lids/sleeves) Recommend additional packaging items based on customer type Notify management of potential bulk or recurring opportunities 4️⃣ CRM & Organisation Keep HubSpot records updated Tag and segment customers correctly Track follow-up status and notes Ideal Candidate Strong written English Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) Confident sending professional B2B emails Detail-oriented and organised Sales-minded (comfortable suggesting additional products) Experience in eCommerce, wholesale, or B2B preferred Performance Goals Increase repeat order rate Reduce inactive customers Improve customer response times Generate upsell opportunities Tools Used HubSpot CRM Outlook / Email Excel / Google Sheets AI drafting tools (optional support) What Success Looks Like Customers reorder before running out of stock Strong communication and follow-through Clear CRM records Increased average order value over time
