Polish B2B Healthcare Appointment Setter

IMPORTANT: Native Polish speakers based in Poland ONLY. You must be able to call Polish companies in Polish during Polish business hours. This is NOT a lead-generation job. The company list and phone numbers will be provided. Your job is to call them, reach the person responsible for wheelchairs/purchasing, and arrange face-to-face meetings for our Business Development Manager visiting Poland. looking for a native Polish speaker with B2B cold-calling and appointment-setting experience for an urgent short-term project. Our Business Development Manager will soon visit medical equipment distributors, importers and wholesalers in Poland. We already have a prepared list of target companies and phone numbers. Your task is to: Call the target companies in Polish Get through reception/gatekeepers Identify the person responsible for wheelchairs, purchasing, product management or business cooperation Obtain the decision-maker’s name,whatsapp and direct contact details when possible Introduce the purpose of our visit Arrange a 15–20 minute face-to-face meeting ,get the meeting address . Record the result of each call No product selling or price negotiation is required. Payment We prefer to pay per successfully booked qualified appointment, rather than hourly. A qualified appointment means: A relevant decision-maker or person responsible for purchasing/products agrees to meet The contact person's name and position are confirmed A specific meeting date and approximate time are agreed The meeting is face-to-face,meeting at company is best We would like to start with a small paid trial using 5 target companies. If the results are good, we can immediately continue with more companies.
