Job Overview We are looking for a results-driven Sales Executive to onboard construction companies to our product, SiteCode. This is a high-conversion sales role focused on outbound calling, pitching, and closing deals with builders and contractors. Only U.S.-based freelancers are eligible for this role About the Product – SiteCode SiteCode is a simple, practical solution for the construction industry: - Upload and manage drawings, layouts, and workflows - QR code-based access to site information (no apps or logins required) - Task management system - Real-time updates for drawings, specs, photos, and tasks Key Responsibilities - Call and follow up on leads provided by the company - Pitch SiteCode to builders, contractors, and construction firms - Convert prospects into paying customers - Maintain call records and sales pipeline updates - Coordinate with the internal team for onboarding closed clients What We Provide - Pre-qualified leads list - Complete product and sales training - Sales pitch and onboarding guidance - Company email ID - Dedicated Open number for calling - Hubstaff Account for work efforts tracking Compensation Structure - Hourly Rate: $5/hour - Product Pricing: $500/year (subscription) - Commission: 15% per successful sale ($75 per closure) Additional Advantage: - Pricing will increase over time, making it easier to create urgency and close deals faster Requirements - Proven experience in sales (B2B / SaaS preferred) - Must be based in the United States. - Strong communication and persuasion skills - Comfortable with cold calling and follow-ups - Ability to explain a practical, workflow-based product clearly - Target-driven and self-motivated Preferred (Not Mandatory) - Experience in the construction or real estate industry - Experience selling subscription-based products Location & Work Eligibility - Must be based in the United States - Comfortable working in US business hours (EST/CST/PST) - Experience with US clients preferred Engagement Details - Remote role - Flexible working hours - Long-term opportunity based on performance Screening Questions- Please share your answer with the first approach 1.
