B2B Tech Consultant & Agency Partner (Mid-Market AI)

PLEASE NOTE: This is a 100% performance-based, high-ticket commission and agency partnership role. The "Fixed Price" budget on this project is simply a placeholder, as your compensation from BizExpanders will be a direct percentage of the enterprise deals you close, generating long-term recurring revenue. *The Opportunity:* BizExpanders is a premium, international business automation agency backed by the Google Cloud and MongoDB startup programs. We are looking for established Independent Business Consultants, fractional COOs, and B2B advisors (based in the UK, Ireland, Europe, USA, or Canada) to partner with us as Authorised Agents. *The Market Problem You Will Solve for Your Clients:* When mid-size companies (scale-ups and SMEs) grow, they face two frustrating scenarios: - The SaaS Trap: Off-the-shelf software (like Xero or Zoho) is secure but too rigid for their scaling workflows. -The Custom Software Trap: Building bespoke software is too expensive, takes months, and forces the client to handle ongoing IT maintenance, cybersecurity, and legal compliance. *The BizExpanders Solution:* We bring enterprise-grade AI and automation to mid-size companies. We use the platforms the client already relies on and build bespoke AI Agents and API Connectors to bridge their operational gaps. Most importantly: We take on the entire burden of maintenance, cybersecurity, and compliance. We secure the infrastructure with our proprietary 7-layer security, continuous Zero Threat scanning, and a SOC 2 / ISO 27001 compliant supply chain. *Your Role & How You Earn:* - You act as the frontline consultant. You manage the primary client relationship, identify operational bottlenecks, and introduce our CTO and engineering team to build the solution. - Independent Fees: You retain 100% of any upfront consulting, scoping, or advisory fees you charge the client directly. - High-Ticket Commissions: From BizExpanders, you earn a 10% setup commission plus up to 30% Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) on all active contracts you introduce. *Requirements (Strictly Enforced):* - Location: Must be located in the UK, Ireland, Europe, Canada, or the US. - Experience: Must be an established business consultant, fractional executive, or B2B advisor. We are NOT looking for standard lead-generators or cold-callers. - Network: You must have an existing network or the proven capability to consult with mid-size businesses. *TO APPLY (Read Carefully):* To be considered, please start your bid proposal by answering these 3 brief questions: 1.
