We’re a Melbourne-based consultancy working with Australian small businesses (15–30 staff) and we’re launching a new psychosocial risk and workplace compliance offer. This is we’re you’ll be involved. This role supports the launch of a specific, high-value service. It’s not about posting for attention or running social media for its own sake. It’s about helping the right conversations happen and keeping them moving. We’re looking for a detail-oriented, reliable Virtual Assistant who is comfortable supporting B2B services and professional audiences. What you’ll actually be doing Researching and organising Australian-based leads and referral partners (HR, WHS, legal, insurance, consultants) Supporting outreach and follow-up so no warm lead is missed Tracking conversations clearly in a spreadsheet or simple CRM Maintaining basic LinkedIn activity for credibility (not volume posting) Google Ads administration and lead organisation Light admin and research as needed Who this suits You’ll do well in this role if you: Have supported B2B services, consulting, or local professional businesses Are organised and comfortable with follow-ups Communicate clearly and professionally in English Prefer structured work over constant creative brainstorming Sales or lead-nurturing experience is a plus, but not required.
