Recipe Platform with Star Ratings

I’m creating “Andeka Masak,” a simple online space where people can share and browse recipes. For this first build I only need the essentials: • A clean, responsive web app where anyone can post a recipe with title, ingredients, steps, and a photo. • A star-based rating system so visitors can quickly score each recipe (½-star increments are welcome, but a standard 1–5 scale is fine). • Basic listing and search so users can sort or filter by highest-rated or most recent recipes. I don’t need profile pages, meal-planning tools, or delivery integrations yet—just the core recipe submission and rating workflow running smoothly on modern browsers. Please structure the code so additional features (like user profiles or ingredient search) can be added later without major rework. Stack is flexible; feel free to suggest the framework you’re most productive with (React, Vue, Laravel, Django, or another mainstream option). The final hand-off should include: 1. Source code in a public or private repo 2. A brief README covering install, environment variables, and deployment steps 3. One deployed demo link (Heroku, Vercel, Netlify, or similar) so I can test the flow end to end Clean, commented code and a straightforward UI are my top priorities.
