We are hiring a professional animator to create high-quality character animations that closely match the motion quality, smoothness, and workflow shown in the provided reference video. This is not a beginner task. We are looking for someone who understands real motion, weight, timing, and clean export pipelines. What You Will Do Animate game-ready character movements (idle, walk, run, jump, actions) Ensure natural motion flow and transitions Work with rigged characters and timelines Maintain consistent animation style across all clips Export animations in formats ready for engine or video use Follow reference strictly and deliver polished results Required Expertise You must have: Proven experience in character animation (2D or 3D) Strong command over keyframe animation & easing Deep understanding of: Motion weight & balance Anticipation & follow-through Loop-safe animations Hands-on experience with animation export workflows Tools (Any One Required) Blender / Maya / Cinema 4D (3D) After Effects / Spine / Toon Boom (2D) Tool doesn’t matter — output quality does.
