I’m expanding my FiveM server and need a fully-featured MLO built in Blender that feels distinctly modern. The map must include both interior and exterior areas and a selection of interactive objects—think working doors, light switches, and usable props—so players can move seamlessly between spaces and actually engage with them. What matters most is polish and performance: clean topology, accurate collisions, LODs where appropriate, and sensible texture sizes so the scene runs smoothly even during peak traffic. I’ll handle server upload as long as you provide the finished .blend, exported assets (.ydr / .ytyp / .ymap or equivalent), texture files, and a brief note on any custom shaders or scripts used for interactivity. To make sure we’re on the same page, I’ll review the first draft in-engine; from there we’ll tweak materials, lighting, and interactive elements until the space looks and feels right. Once everything is locked in and tested, we’re done.
