I would like to know the below. - Do you have confirmed floor plan dims (L x W, ceiling height, stage/bar locations) and any must-keep aisle clearances? - What’s your target import workflow and engine settings (Unreal version, cm scale, preferred lightmap resolution/LOD policy)? I think we should. - Use a master material with switchable instances (linen color, roughness, metal trims) so looks change fast without retexturing. - Keep strict pivots/naming and texel density, plus LODs for tables/chairs to stay realtime-ready at higher guest counts. Lets follow a plan like this. 1) I gather refs and final dims, define three style boards (wedding, corporate, private) and approve the base layout. 2) I block the hall, verify sightlines and circulation, then lock proportions and camera/lighting tests for realism. 3) I model clean topology, UV + lightmap UVs, create PBR 4K materials, and build furniture/decor as seperate toggleable assets. 4) I set lighting presets, export FBX/OBJ/GLB with textures, deliver showcase renders, and a short guide on swapping setups.
