Senior Blockchain & Crypto Asset Manager

(Blockchain & Asset Management Expert) Location: Remote / Hybrid Experience: 8+ years (Crypto-native experience required) Employment Type: Full-time Travel: International (20–30%, fully sponsored) About the Role We are looking for a senior crypto-native professional to lead our digital asset treasury, wallet architecture, and liquidity operations. This role is responsible for how institutional crypto assets are stored, moved, secured, and optimized, using Fireblocks and multi-chain infrastructure. This is a high-trust, high-impact role working closely with leadership, finance, compliance, and security teams. Key Responsibilities Design and manage institutional wallet architecture (hot/warm/cold) Own crypto treasury operations and automated fund flows Manage liquidity across exchanges, DeFi, and staking protocols Implement Fireblocks-based custody and approval policies Monitor risk, exposure, and asset allocation Support audits, compliance, and reporting requirements Evaluate new blockchain networks and DeFi opportunities Required Qualifications 5+ years of institutional crypto asset management experience Hands-on experience with Fireblocks / BitGo / Copper Strong understanding of Bitcoin, Ethereum, L2s, and major blockchains Experience managing large crypto portfolios Ability to communicate technical concepts to business stakeholders Nice to Have CFA / FRM / crypto certifications Experience at crypto funds, exchanges, or custody providers Open-source, research, or thought leadership background Why Join Us Work on institutional-grade crypto infrastructure Competitive salary + performance bonus + equity/tokens Global exposure and conference travel Flexible remote-first culture
