I am a master home chef who can cook lasagna, steak, chicken, veal/chicken/eggplant parmagina, meatloaf, chicken/mushroom casserole, chicken cacciatore, chili, fajitas, quesadillas, coq au vin, beef stew, beef bourignon, glazed rock cornish game hens, duck a l'orange, roast turkey/chicken/beef tenderloin, etc.
Lasagna:
1. Cook lasgna noodles according to box directions.
2. Mix 2 eggs, ricotta cheese, parsley, salt, pepper, grated mozzarella, and parmesan.
3. Cook mixture of ground pork, beef, or both in olive oil and garlic.
4. Layer in glass dish as follows: Ragu tomato sauce,mozzarella slices, noodles, ricotta mixture, noodles, meat mixture and slices of mozzarella, REPEAT.
5. Top with basil, thyme, or oregano sprinkle.
6. Homemade tomato sauce can be made with EVOO mixed with tomato paste and garlic. Brown tomato paste and garlic. Remove garlic pieces and add crushed Italian tomatoes. Boil then Simmer for 2-3 hours
