We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused IT Support Specialist to assist our users with day-to-day technical issues. The ideal candidate has a strong IT background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping users resolve problems efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Provide remote technical support to users (primarily in English) Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows OS Assist users with QuickBooks (basic troubleshooting and support) Diagnose hardware, software, and network-related problems Guide users step-by-step to resolve technical issues Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service Requirements: Proven experience in IT support or help desk roles Strong knowledge of Windows environments Experience supporting QuickBooks (preferred) Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and manage multiple requests Preferred: Experience with remote support tools Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus What We’re Looking For: Someone who is patient, professional, and able to communicate clearly with non-technical users while delivering fast and effective support.
